I have a fixed week "week 30" at Spinnaker at Shipyard. How do rent or sale this 3 bedroom unit? (2) Spinnaker at Shipyard about 3 years ago
Hi an owner responded to my inquiry and wants me to send them a check to book. It does not show on their listing “redweek verified” and they stated they don’t accept credit cards. How are they posting through Redweek if they are not legit? I purposely joined redweek because I thought it would give me protection from scammers. Does anyone have experience owning a floating week here? Is it hard to get reservations in June? We have another timeshare in Daytona week 23 so we want to be able to go week 22 or 24 each year. The resale is only 169 and free closing fees, but don't want to buy it if I won't be able to get the weeks we want. Thanks! (2) Royal Floridian Resort over 3 years ago
