Do you have access to the Ritz Hotel club level while staying at the ritz club or are they two separate things? If separate can you purchase access for an additional cost?

Do they offer a free shuttle for guests to shopping/dining areas? Are there onsite activities (paddle boarding, kayaking, etc) and do they cost extra? Thanks!

When we booked I didn’t realize there were different size 2 bedroom units and apparently I have the smaller one. We are 2 couples and wondering if we made a mistake taking smaller one. Do we have a terrace?

I was wondering if anyone had been to the resort since it’s reopened and if most of the amenities are up and working? Also I believe that a red sea weed has become a problem at this resort if you know if that still an existing problem and is the odor a problem?
