Per the resort, there are 31,000 banked points from 2023 which will expire December 31, 2024. The 31,000 points from 2024 will expire December 31, 2025.

Per the resort there are 35 use weeks remaining with this ownership (including 2023).

The member has a block of 31,000 Options every year, which are available upon payment of the corresponding maintenance fee, payable on January 1 of each year. These Options are available for one calendar year to book Home Resorts (approximately 10 hotels) / Urban Collections (approximately 40 hotels), convert to MeliáRewards points to book more than 350 Meliá Hotels International hotels or deposit to RCI to book in accordance with the terms and conditions of use of that program. Member may reserve any unit and days available, as their number of Options allows.
