Per the resort, this is a RCI points account

Per the resort: This Membership is a Raintree Vacation Club Membership. It has access to all the RVC's properties, Alliances, and RCI's. It is Points based and the Points are valid until December 31, 2030, with Raintree Vacation Club

Per the owner: Raintree awards 100,000 per year for my membership. The points if not used can be deposited and used in the future, time line for usage is normally two years.

Option to further extend time – points can then be deposited into RCI at no cost for one year, after a year they can be transferred back for a fee.

Since Covid, the expiration of points has been suspended and they have not been expiring deposited points.

Points accrued in 2020, 21, 22, and 23 are grandfathered and will not expire until 2030.

Then 500,0000 points equal 10 weeks of reservations at 50,000 points per week (One bedroom suite). Holiday weeks are 80,000 points per week, and off-season can be as low as 30,000

My membership allows me to reserve at 21 different Raintree and affiliate locations plus RCI.
