Per the owner: We spent two years waiting for a unit like this one before we purchased it. We needed a two bedroom, the third week in September is on a weekend when the city holds its summer end festival. The area around the pier is where they hold surfing competitions, loaded with vendors, and the amphitheater schedules outside concerts. The water is the warmest and the children are back in school so that the beach during the week is quiet and not crowded. The weather is probably at its best, the perfect time to be in Oceanside.
