Note from owner: This Westgate Town Center Resort offers the perfect locale where you can eat, regroup and rejuvenate while on your family vacation to Kissimmee, Florida. This full-service resort has it all! ON SITE: Splash around at Shipwreck Island Water Park, play miniature golf, pickleball, tennis, basketball, etc. Enjoy the video game room, work-out gym or a Disney movie n the cozy movie theater. Savor made-to-order dishes at many of the onsite restaurants.

OFF SITE: This is a great location should you wish to visit any of the Disneyworld Theme Parks (5!), Disney Golf Courses, Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney Springs. Kennedy Space Center, Orlando, Tampa, Daytona Beach and Cocoa Beach are all within an hour and half drive from this resort. Come back to the resort to have a break from the parks and go back in the evening! There are also numerous full-day excursions to wineries, dude ranches, pirate dinner shows, Gatorland, outlet malls, etc. There is a Super Walmart across the street. Did I mention that resort parking is free?

Regarding the waterpark, I have heard from guests that sometimes the resort provides complimentary passes to owner’s exchanges (like this one) and sometimes they say you pay a reduced fee less than $20/pp if you sign up for free with their Westgate Loyalty program

Westgate Town Center offers all the luxuries of a big resort with the ambiance of a small timeshare community. Westgate Town Center offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, large-screen TV, leather furniture, and screened-in patio or balcony. All multi-bedroom suites are equipped with a marble whirlpool tub and color television in the master bathroom, and separate living and dining areas. Also available at Westgate Town Center are luxury studio accommodations with kitchenette and marble whirlpool tub.
Westgate Vacation Villas lie just one mile from the entrance to Walt Disney World, ten miles from SeaWorld, and twelve miles from Universal Studios. If you're in the mood for a drive, visit Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier for a full day of fun. Families can enjoy Daytona Beach Boardwalk's thrill rides, go-carts, video arcades, skill games, and "Salute to Speed" exhibit. The Skycoaster and Human Sling Shot are available for the truly adventurous. The Main Street Pier, which stretches a quarter-mile into the ocean, provides fishing, a restaurant, Space Needle observation tower, and sky lift.
