From April 13 - May 31, 2026, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building south parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited and daytime construction noise can be expected.Most lower level units have obstructed view to the Ocean.Notes: OCEAN FRONT- $370 per night is an AMAZING price for a 2-bedroom villa with a private balcony that directly faces the ocean; seating area, 2 full bathrooms & full kitchen; garage parking, Internet, four swimming pools with whirlpool spas, tennis courts, large exercise room, convenience store, and a children's activity center with lots of supervised events each day. Marriott's Ocean Pointe even has a pool bar & grill on the property and special food many days - all just steps away from the Atlantic beach of Palm Beach Shores. Plenty to do on-site plus lot's of attractions nearby. This family-friendly resort offers so much more than a hotel. The spectacular ocean views make this 2BR suite an outstanding choice.
