Per the seller: So thinking back to our timeshare…attractions that drew us to Club Destin…one was the medium size structure instead of such huge structures. The location of Club Destin was so easy to walk to restaurants and close attractions for the girls. Our family enjoyed the indoor pool and they always had kids activities inside…( sorry no cell phones back in those days ). There is an activity bar inside for the kids. They have a large putt putt golf green indoors to enjoy by the pool. There is also shuffle board located inside. We as adults always enjoyed the hot tub where we could keep an eye on our girls while they swam in the pool. Indoors is also an 24 hour movie room. Also a lovely outdoor pool with a concrete wall providing privacy from the parking lot. We got to meet and interact with so many people. We always enjoyed looking at the three-story atrium filled with beautiful tropical palms. It’s nice that Club Destin has their own private beach access . Guests receive a code for a private entrance across the street from the resort.

Club Destin puts you just a quick walk away from one of the top-rated white-sand beaches in the world. Guests will enjoy beach access and 24-hour service. Other amenities include a three-story-high climate-controlled atrium with large indoor heated pool, whirlpool spa, nine-hole putting green, shuffleboard court, and poolside bar set amidst tropical foliage. Club Destin houses 132 units ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms suites, making this resort an excellent choice for almost all group sizes. Studios can sleep up to two adults and two children and include a kitchenette and one bathroom. One- bedrooms can sleep four adults and two children and offer a full kitchen, dining area and one or two bathrooms. Two-bedrooms offer enough room for up to eight guests and come outfitted with two bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bath tub), a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar area. Comforts like TV's, telephones and electronic safes can be found in all units.
Destin is ideal for year-round family vacation activities, with several theme parks, water sports, deep-sea fishing, tennis, and numerous championship golf courses to found in the area. Club Destin is perfectly positioned, just a fifteen-minute drive of the Gulfarium, an aquarium specializing in the marine life of the gulf. The Silver Sands Factory Stores are just seven miles from the property, which shopaholics will certainly appreciate! Of course, you may instead just wish to spend your days on the white sand that makes Destin so famous.
