Ownership is deeded as a biennial usage (internal exchange), 4 bedroom unit. Per the resort, owner gets a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom/sleeps 6 - every year. *Internal Exchange means: Usage is every year in half the unit/alternating sides each year (if it's a 4 bedroom you will receive a 2 bedroom every year (no lock-off) and alternate sides from year to year. No option to change this on an Internal Exchange. Floor Plan available upon request.
***Woodstone is a fixed week, floating unit project, which means that you will always own your specific week, however your condo must be reserved through RCI points at least 11-12 months before the start date of your week. If you elect to receive RCI points or contact RCI less than 11-12 months in advance of your weekâ€™s start date you will receive 78,500 RCI points that may be used to reserve usage at the home resort or any other resort within the RCI exchange network based on points requirement and availability.
