Note from Owner: Welcome to the Grand Waikikian where you are spending Christmas from December 20 - Dec 27. Just steps away off the property and onto Waikiki Beach. Every Friday evening they have fireworks unless cancelled by the resort. This is a fixed week and dates can't be changed

This spacious 1,220 sqft suite features a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom city view suite with a balcony features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, charging outlets at each nightstand and a 55-inch flat-panel HDTV.

The ensuite bathroom offers a freestanding glass enclosed shower, a separate soaking tub and a TOTO washlet.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed or two double beds, charging outlets at each nightstand and a 55-inch flat-panel HDTV. The second bathroom features a shower only.

The generous living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, a separate dining area and a 65-inch flat-panel HDTV.

A full kitchen provides everything you need, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and washer/dryer.Lots of room on the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen island on bar stools. All 3 TV's feature In-Room TV Experience, allowing you to stream content directly from your mobile devices.

Housekeeping is provided once during your 7 day stay and usually takes place on day 4.

The Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) is approximately $22/day and you will pay this upon checkout ( + any additional room charges you place throughout the HHV resort) The TAT is not included in the rental fee. A hold on your credit card for approx $300 will be placed by the resort for incidentals.

Parking is not included. 24-hour valet parking service is available in the main lobby of Hilton Hawaiian Village for all Towers, including Hilton Grand Vacations, for $89 plus tax per day (only available at the hotel's main lobby). Self-parking is available for $69 plus tax per day. Fees are subject to change.

As our guests during this rental you will have access to the arrival/departure lounge on the 8th floor of the Grand Waikikian Tower. You can also use the rooftop Infinity Pool at the Grand Islander Tower complete with lounge chairs, showers and change rooms.
