Maintenance fees are billed currently at approximately $6.08 per point. You are only billed each year for the number of points that you use and points can be borrowed from the next year's allotment.

There is a 5 year mandatory refurbishment fee that must be paid every 5 years. The current refurbishment fee is fully paid until 2030, providing you with the benefit of no extra cost with the purchase.
