We spent a week the first week in December 2003. The unit was spotless with every amenity we could have wished for. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is very peaceful yet near a shopping mall for convenience and near a bay for water activities. We loved it.

Interiors badly in need of complete remodeling. Maintenace personel have botch up badly. Bathrooms had mold and mildew, poorly caulk and grouted. Fixtures old and outdated cermic tile. Kitchen poorly laid out. Stove was in poor condition. Eletrical outlets that do not operate. Archatechual designs were poor at best. On the plus side the units are quit large. Toilet in Master bathroom on top of the wall and a urine stained that housekeeping does not see. Paint badly blistering, marred. HVAC previous leak thru drywall and trim. Has to have mold inside ceiling and walls. The outside gounds were impressive but gas grill was three blocks away.
