We love this place. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and immaculate. Everything has been recently upgraded especially the bathroom. The staff is friendly and completely accommodating. The daily maid service even does your dishes.

The beach is one of the top ten in the world. The management has now enforced a policy that huts cannot be save all day without being used. If you do not use your hut for two hours, your belongings are removed. This has made availability much better. Hut space is a problem through out the Caribbean so you do have to get up early if you want a particular spot. Everyone is friendly and will share the shade if you sleep in.

There is a great restaurant on site and several excellent choices across the street. Casino is a few steps away and a nice golf course is a ten minute walk.

The same people have been coming here for years and high week units are tough to come by. This is our 19th year and we have no intention of going somewhere else. I have travelled all over the Caribbean and Aruba has the best weather, the nicest people, the safest island, and caters to the Americans in many ways with new excellent supermarkets and no need to exchange money.

Once you visit Casa Del Mar, you'll be returning. Most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Great restaurants, staff, rooms. Walking distance to everything. You won't be disappointed.

We have the best time at our resort. It's very family friendly, the staff goes above and beyond. They keep the grounds very clean. Walking distance to the casino and a great market across the street. Beaches are so pretty and quiet. Pool was just refinished and looks wonderful.

A friendly, family-oriented resort in a wonderful location on Eagle Beach. Walk one-half block to the Alhambra Casino, restaurants, and shops. Tennis, pools, and all amenities.

One of the few resorts in Aruba where the beach is just steps away. Friendly atmosphere. Live music and entertainment. Great food all on premises. Steps across the path are more amazing shops, restaurants and a casino for those who enjoy gambling. No need for a car.

We have been going to Casa Del Mar since we got married in 1999. So much so we own 3 units there! It is in a great quieter section of the island. Wonderful restuarant on site, casino within walking distance. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Perfect for a family vacation!

What can I say love this place! Bought it several years ago, my wife and I love going there, lots of great restaurants withing walking distance. Great bar restaurant right by the pool ( Matthew's). Beautiful beach, very well taken care of!

Gorgeous resort with tons of amenities located right on the ocean, close to restaurants, shops, transportation etc. This resort is impeccably clean and very pristine. We live it and it feels like home to us.

DISAPPEARING BEACH Global warming and erosion taking a toll. Sad to see that the sea is taking over. Makes it difficult to find shade

We just returned from 3 amazing weeks at Casa Del Mar our first year for 3 weeks and still not nearly enough. We love everything about this resort from location,accommodations,the staff and the amenities. We are beach people and my husband and I are very early risers and hit the beach before day light every morning and spend the day there. This year was by far better than the past with security actually paying attention to huts and how long they are empty..we observed many huts getting their towels removed after breaking the 2 hour rule so this aspect was a vast improvement from years past. I would give CDM 5 stars all the way across if I could but the bed situation is not good and definitely needs an upgrade..just thankful we don't sleep much. Other than that I can't say enough good about this place and the beach and vicinity to everything can't be beat...counting down till next year already.

We just returned from a stay in one of the Presidential suites we own, but had not stayed in for many years. We were very pleased with recent extensive updates of the Presidential suites including complete kitchen renovation with granite counter top island, new cabinets, new appliances (full size fridge, stove, and microwave), new bar stools and dining room chairs, and new sofa in living area. Not sure if the mattresses were new, but were extremely hard. The bathrooms were large, but could use new tile/ grout. The addition of the Pure air system in each unit made a noticeable difference with humidity control. No musty smell. The lobby area could could use an update. The beach is one of the best, if not THE best on the island.

I just stayed at the Ambassador and the changes are user friendly..

New air purifiers plus new king mattress should alleviate any doubts about staying at these units. New kitchen breakfast counter and the removal of the dining table makes unit more than comfortable..

Compared to other rental unit cost in Aruba it is a bargain!

I have been staying here for years and it seems that they can not get a handle on the smell of mold in most rooms I have been in. Also the beds need to be upgraded very old and worn out no support. In my opinion it is one of the best places to stay on the Island. Great beach and staff. Just time to keep up with the upgrades??
