Super location for skiing Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows!!

Excellent resort: Conveniently located, free shuttle service, hot tubs, game room, and many more amenities. We go every time we have a chance! Friendly and helpful staff. :-)

Wonderful resort with so much history! Has all of the amenities. The spacious 1 bedrooms have a well equipped kitchen and balcony with beautiful mountain views. There is also a nice pool on site, with several hot tubs, grills, separate clubhouse kitchen with ovens, and game room! The best part is the super close proximity to the world famous Squaw Valley Ski Resort which has now been renamed Palisades Tahoe. Walking distance, or take the complimentary OVI shuttle. There is also now a new base to base gondola that connects Palisades Tahoe to Alpine Meadows- One lift ticket now works at two amazing ski resorts!!

Olympic Village inn is amazing. Across the parking lot from the ski lift and gondola. Ski palisades and Alpine resorts. Comfortable place with nicw ammenities and welcoming helpful staff.

Spent a week at Olympic Village during Thanksgiving in 2004. There was a major storm that dumped a couple feet of beautiful new snow on Squaw, so our skiing oriented family had a great experience. The resort is surrounded by mountains and is 1/4 mile from the main base at Squaw. The new village is great, with several pricey but nice dining options. The staff at the resort was very nice and helpful. The unit was nicely decorated but tiny ... very tight for 2 adults and 2 smaller kids. But we didn't care because the skiing was so great!
