Located just north of the historic Crystal Pier along the famous boardwalk that run parallel to an endless sunswept beach, guests enjoy carefree seaside living and a bounty of resort amenities. Resort-wide high-speed internet access and a covered parking garage are provided for your convenience.

Capri by the Sea offers spacious, modern one and two-bedroom villas. Each villa features a full kitchen, roomy living and dining area, and double sliding oceanfront doors that give way to uninterrupted panoramic oceanfront views. A cable TV with a DVD player lets the entire family enjoy a movie together, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected!

San Diego is one of California's favorite vacation spots for good reason! Head for the ocean for surfing, deep sea fishing and more. Golfers can choose from more than 65 courses in the area. Beach sure to check out major area attractions, such as the famous San Diego Zoo and the Wild Animal Park. Old Town Historic Park is located approximately seven miles from the resort, while Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are located less than 100 miles away - perfect for a day trip!

    Sit on the couch or chairs in the living room or lay on the master bedroom king bed (or twin chairs) and watch/listen to the surfers in this oceanfront 2 bedroom condo. Unit 103 has the best of the timeshares parking spot out front. Exta parking spot in back for ~$60/week) BBQ on roof, laundry on south end of floor. Beach and boardwalk access out front. Check out the live beach cam at the hotel next door at www.pacificterrace.com/web-cam to see comparable view. Although this unit could accommodate 8 persons, owner considers 6 to be the maximum reasonable number of people in the unit.

Yes. 1 parking space is including with your reservation. When you check in, you will receive 2 key FOBs that give you access to an assigned parking spot in the gated parking lot. The same key FOBs also allow you access to the elevator, lobby and outside pool. These key FOBs are attached to your room keys via a key ring. If you have a second vehicle, you can park in an additional parking lot for the week at an additional fee. Occasionally you can find a free parking spot on the street.

It is true. Ocean breezes keep Capri by the Sea comfortable all year round. To verify, check out the weather forecast for the dates you will be staying.

In August (the hottest month) the average temperature range is 67-77 degrees Fahrenheit.

2 fans are provided for each timeshare unit. Wall heaters are available in the winter.
