Incredible location with all the amenities one needs for a perfect vacation. Well-maintained resort and centered right within Uptown Sedona! Units are spacious, and the flowing creek behind the resort provides tranquility and ambience. There is no other place I prefer when visiting Sedona, hands-down.

We have been owners and guests for many years. It is a full service resort close to shopping and restaurants and beautiful magical Sedona hiking sites. This resort is right on Oak Creek offering a serene setting with incredible views and convenience. A perfect family or romantic getaway with day trips to Grand Canyon or BearArizona, or Flagstaff music and arts district. A perfect vacation spot!

Not only did I never regret purchasing this property but I thoroughly enjoyed personal retreat time at Arroyo Roble Resort. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient when needed. I've loved my times there and when I've engaged other owners in conversation, they, too, speak highly of their experiences. Arroyo Roble is in the best location, the Best Villa and best amenities! WITH 2 pools ( 1 is an Indoor HEATED pool ) , and along the creek and walking distance to 130 shops, galleries and restaurants, the is the BEST resort in all of SEdona !

The spacious 2-story Creekside Villas are situated on over 9 acres, just below Uptown Sedona. With over 600 feet of private frontage on Oak Creek, Villas offer views of the rushing clear waters or lush manicured landscape. Arroyo Roble Resort in Sedona Arizona is located on Oak Creek within walking distance to main street restaurants and Shops. Two bedroom, two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room & living room. We have owned here for over 20 years and visit almost every year. Beautiful location on Oak Creek, but also convenient to everything Sedona has to offer. Walk to great shops , galleries and top rated restaurants. Don't miss a chance to stay here - you may end up buying because resales here are a great deal.

We love this resort, the location is walking distance to beautiful hikes, shopping, restaurants and a short drive through Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff for snow skiing. The two level condo's are very well kept and built! The amenities include steam, sauna, jacuzzies, indoor outdoor pool, tennis, racquet ball, pool tables, gym, library etc... Best location! Walking distance to a lot of stores in Uptown Sedona. I have been going here since I was kid and enjoy taking my girls to create wonderful memories. The resort has a lot of fun amenities. The rooms are a little dated but feels like home. It is also right next to Oak creek.

Arroyo Roble is located along Oak Creek and has amazing amenities. The units have full kitchens and can sleep 6. Easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Many on-site amenities including tennis, basketball and pickle ball outdoor courts and racquetball indoor courts. Indoor/outdoor pool and spas are wonderful.

Great location and wonderful atmosphere. Definitely dated, but despite that very enjoyable and an overall very well cared for site. Gorgeous old huge trees surround the villas. I would stay here again.

WE HAVE OWNED AT ARROYO ROBLE SINCE 1985 & IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST THAT SEDONA HAS TO OFFER - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED - THERE AREN'T ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS THAT CAN BE SAID FOR THE RESORT - THE STAFF AND ALL THE WONDERFUL ACCOMODATIONS THIS RESORT HAS TO OFFER AND NOT TO MENTION THE DROP DEAD GORGEOUS VIEWS ALL AROUND.

I have been back four times and I hope to visit again. The best vacations ever! I love Sedona and I love the spacious clean units at Arroyo Roble.

I have been back three times and enjoyed it more each time. The resort is so comfortable and the scenery in and around Sedona is 2nd to none. The units are spacious, clean and well equipped. I couldn't have enjoyed it more, and the short walk to town for ice cream or meals was such a treat.

The resort is in a perfect location in Uptown Sedona. It is within walking distance of all shops & activities. We rented the 2 bedroom condo which was right on Oak Creek - close enough to hear it.

The resort was clean & perfect for families. We were able to enjoy all of Sedona & the Red Rocks as well as a trip to the Grand Canyon. We had a vacation of a lifetime & look forward to going back. We will recommend this resort to everyone that wants to go to AZ.

Our family just finished a great vacation in Sedona and the Arroyo Roble Resort was the perfect place to stay. Great location, facilities and staff.

Being right in the upper village was exactly what we were looking for. Many of the other resorts we considered we out of town and some quite isolated.

The resort is an older one, but the facilities are kept in pristine condition. The villas were extremely comfortable and well suited for families.

We spent a week here in February. Temperatures were in the 60s during the day and it was sunny every day. We loved the resort - large enough for our daughter and her friend to join us for a week without feeling cramped. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was just right for us - Uptown Sedona, so we were close to everything. We decided to watch for a good deal on a resale, because this is a place we'd like to spend a week in winter every year. We bought a resale in late 2006 and plan to spend two weeks at the resort every other January.
