Perfect location for summer or winter. Located at the bottom of Ski Run Blvd, just minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort. Within walking distance to downtown South Shore, Beach Harbour and Casinos.

We stay at this resort at least once or twice a year. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is a bar and restaurant open for dinner that is reasonable and fun to frequent if you don't feel like going out and finding food and drink.

Big Kitchen, completely stocked. Good restaurant on site. Plenty of room in the units for families to have their own space.

This resort is absolutely wonderful! With full kitchens, a pool, hot tub, and easy access to all shopping, and right across the street from the Riva Grill on the Lake, it's really convenient! And, they have a restaurant and a bar in the resort. It's walking distance to many restaurants, and a short drive to the casinos and concerts.

We regularly visit this property. The rooms are big. The furnishings are comfortable. The location is great and everything in the area is easily accessible.

This is the only full service resort on Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to Restaurants, grocery shopping and casinos. Best place in town!

This resort has it all! It's the perfect location and offers something for everyone, biking and hiking trails, boating and water sports, golf, casino entertainment.

We thoroughly enjoy staying at the Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort. It is close to everything, and it is just magical in the winter. Heavenly Ski Resort is just up the hill, and there are many great restaurants within a very short drive. The casinos are only a ten-minute drive, and the lake is just steps away. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was ample room for a family of four (or even six!). We highly recommend this resort!

A lovely resort situated by the lake and convenient for skiers to Heavenly Valley. The shuttle stops at the resort and many restaurants are close by. The casinos are very close.

My family has been using this resort for ~15 years during the Christmas vacation. Perfect location, close to Heavenly Village. Walk to Heavenly, restaurants, Casinos. Plenty to do. We play billiards, use the indoor/outdoor pool and spa. Free shuttle to and from the ski resorts. So many happy memories.

They have remodeled the resort two times since we originally purchased. Very nice! On site restaurant & bar, convenient. Kids program, let us use their sleds. Right on the lake. Beautiful. Free valet or self parking. Have a masseuse come in on the evenings. Nice!

Just had a wonderful week stay here and loved it! Lots of activities, easy to get to casinos, lots of good restaurants and the LAKE!!! Love to come back during ski season since the resort is right next to the lifts. Certainly would be beautiful during the winter! Staff was awesome and went above and beyond to do things for us. Best place to stay in the Lake Tahoe area. especially in the winter. Loved the fireplace...warm and toasty, comfortable beds (we needed a crib and they provided it quickly). Views are beautiful, smell of trees, activities on the lake. Just wonderful! Restaurant on site is great and has specials that are definitely worth it. Nice bar area with a lodge like atmosphere. Interesting that the lock-off unit is HUGE. Two double beds and a kitchenette. Easily sleeps 4 as long as 2 and 2 don't mind being together. Very well maintained grounds and units. Try to get a high floor lake view if possible. I wish I could have gotten this but we could see what it would look like...worth it!

Be aware that if you trade in using Interval International you are assessed $20/night for parking. That was $140 we were not expecting. It is one of their hooks to have you become an owner.

The most striking element of this resort is it's location. The property is right on Lake Tahoe in the south curve and centrally located next to everything. You have a beach and several shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. After we got passed the usual sales push during check-in, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There are several activities planned during the week and my daughters made tie dye t-shirts one day and there were many other events setup during the week.

The resort has a big open space in the center, which is where the BBQs and tables are. There is also one of those indoor/outdoor combination pools which is versatile and fun to relax in. The only real negative we found is the parking. Often when we returned from sight-seeing all of the parking spots were taken. The backup plan is to have the resort valet park your car across the street. The valet service is free, but you always feel like you should tip the young guys every time they bring your car to you.

All in all, a very convenient and vibrant resort to spend a week in.

Very surprised this is a Diamond property....very disappointing in every aspect. The worst part was the the management and staff - unprofessional and rude.

We would NEVER stay here again!
