We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit in March 2014. Great location, right on the beach. But the unit was in much needed repair. The appliances, furniture, carpet, doors, walls, everything needed attention. All of the furniture was very uncomfortable and needed to be replaced.

I guess it's great for young people, staff was very friendly and laid back.

We had friends with us and I was ashamed to have them stay in the unit. If there had been anything else available, we would have left.

Ocean Front--Beautiful view--walk to famous historic John's Pass Village--fishing, skiing, boating, dining, everything within walking distance. Peaceful location to Watch the dolphins with incredible sunsets from your balcony of my third floor 1/1 unit which Accommodates up to four adults. Cable TV with optional VCR(rent from office), Phone, Dishwasher, Kitched/Dining Room is full size and fully equipped. Bedroom has queen size bed with mirrored closet and Front Room has queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a shower in the large and deep tub which has Jacuzzi jets. There are laundry facilities available at no charge.. The Bay view sliding glass doors give you an incredible Gulf Coast shore line view of the ocean, and is across the bridge/street to Gator’s Bar & Grill, John’s Pass Village Fishing/Sailing center and boardwalk with boutiques and restaurants, casino Cruise, coffee shops, shopping, dolphin/whale watching, marina, and the jetty is a great fishing location. View John’s Pass draw bridge where you can watch the bridge open up and stop traffic while the boats travel in and out of the pass. Parking is included and many spaces available.

Weekly Wednesday’s Pot Luck Luncheon for all staying on the premises ( Hot dogs barbecued, optional side dishes are welcome) weather permitting.
