Fabulous location and a 2000 sq foot penthouse that sleeps 10. Great villa for family gatherings. Located next to the Heavenly gondola and a few blocks from the Nevada state line and casinos. Approximately 1/2 mile walk to the lake.

Love this place! Not a better location in all of Tahoe. I love all the access to the restaurants, shops, and ski lift. Also like the balcony rooms Very cool!

We LOVE Lake Tahoe, and this property is located right there with Heavenly Village and lots to do. There is almost no need for a car other than exploring the rest of the area.

The grand residence is a beautiful resort with the gondola in front to easy surf customers going skiing at the top of the mountain are exploring at the wildlife center. This beautiful resort is next to the Harris casino, walking distance to the lake where you can water ski and enjoy water sports. It is in walking distance to the movie theater two restaurants and a grocery store. This resort has two beautiful pools and hot tubs which shares with its neighboring resort Marriott’s Timber Lodge. You will enjoy this nice size room with one private bedroom sofa bed in the living room a full kitchen appliances, dining room, and washer and dryer. At night, enjoy warmth from your fireplace. Enjoy spectacular views of the mountains and main street. Relax, explore and enjoy this gorgeous location in South Lake Tahoe.

Such a beautiful resort for you and your family. So many great restaurants in walking distance. More importantly, you literally walk out of your room and go straight to the gondola to shred the slopes of heavenly.

My family had a wonderful time here at Marriott Grand Residence. The 2 bedroom unit had 2 fireplaces and 2 balconies which made our stay very enjoyable. The unit itself was very spacious so everyone had a lot of room to stretch out. Location is ideal for families since it is located within the village so restaurants, shops, coffee and grocery stores are literally downstairs. There is even a movie theatre located in the village! Loved Friday nights with live music and friendly atmosphere. Staff was warm and very helpful, offering many fun suggestions that added to our itinerary. And of course, the lake is always beautiful. We spent many days jet-skiing, kayaking, stand up paddleboard and swimming.
