Perfect time of year to enjoy the soft sands and warm sunshine. The beach, pools, grills and activities are just steps away. The views are spectacular. Our family has been enjoying this condo for nearly 20 years. Large living area, fully equipped kitchen and open floor plan make it a great gathering space.
Outstanding resort with many amenities. Pool bar, food service, full restaurant in Marriott Hotel on adjoining property. Great location and easy access to many restaurants.
We have spent MANY years here with our 5 kids during spring break and had the best time! There are so many places to go in Myrtle Beach with the kids, but if you just want to hang at the resort all week that is terrific too. The beach, multiple pools, and many fun activities make it an ideal vacation for everyone!
We have gone to Grand Dunes since it opened and each time it is a memory maker! Each year we have 3-8 guests and the accommodations are wonderful.
Great location, perfect beach that is fun but not crowded at all. The pools and entertainment on the property make for a relaxing way to spend the day.
Many great off site entertainment opportunities close by for all ages! Music, food, shopping, dinner theaters.
If you have not been you will enjoy your Villa the moment you walk in and not want to leave at the end of your stay!
This is one of my favorite Marriott timeshare vacation locations! Beautiful beach, restaurants within walking distance, beautiful homes surround area, and we even watched fishermen on the beach. Truly, truly awesome!
The resort is beautiful and very clean, with great amenities. Beach is adjacent to the resort so easy to run back and forth between condo, pool and beach. Marriott knows what they are doing with their timeshares.
Great resort located right on the beach. Beautiful property with multiple pools which includes a great kids pool. It's provides a wonderful family vacation. It's a resort not just a hotel. With Marriott you get the best!
High-end resort. Well maintained. Great beaches, and several pools on property. Excellent children's and adult activities. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very clean resort and close to a multitude of shopping, restaurants, Tanger outlets, entertainment for adults and lots of fun places for kids.
Beautiful well maintained luxury property, with easy ocean access, many pools, gym, entertainment , and food.
Rooms are huge with great storage and a full kitchen, and dining area. tv's in every room.

This is our family's favorite Spring Break destination! We've been coming here since 2014 and love the family atmosphere. The staff and service is great but so are the other families who vacation here. There's lots to do in the area for all ages. The overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming. You won't be disappointed!
Absolutely a first class resort with beautiful views in an exclusive part of Myrtle Beach. The villas are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Lots of things to do on and off the property.
