We have owned multiple lockoff units at the Westin Kierland for many years and I am a member of our HOA committee and always enjoy staying there - great views, well maintained, lots of different activity and swimming areas as well as decent food and a great management team
Great resort villa rooms with full kitchen/dinning table are much larger than the hotels room for less cost. Great location next to Kierland shopping areas and restaurants. Close to everything Scottsdale has to offer.
This resort is the most restful resort we have visited in the Westin group. Kiddie and adult pools, cabanas, evenings by the outdoor fireplace with a glass of wine. The villa (a large premium 1BR) is spacious and the kitchen is quite large. Golf course is first rate. Grocery store around the corner. Local Costco. Lots to do. But RELAXING is the biggest draw.
This is a family favorite resort for us! The villa and hotel amenities are incredible...fitness facilities, classes, lazy river and multiple pools. Walking distance to amazing shopping and restaurants makes this a fun and friendly place to stay.
The Westin Kierland Villas are one of the nicest timeshare properties in which I've stayed. The villas are spacious with wonderful views. The location is wonderful, and it is so easy to get almost anywhere in the Phoenix area from Kierland.
Great location to shopping and restaurants in the Kierland District with available shuttle or walking from resort.
Fantastic golf course on site with 3 nine hole courses for different combinations for 18 holes
Premium one bedroom villas are large and comfortable. Pools are both very nice. Evenings by the outdoor firepits are restful. Love the proximity to the Westin Kierland Resort Hotel and Kierland Commons. Beautiful 27 hole golf course.
Wonderful resort, the pools are wonderful and you can use the pools next door at the Westin hotel which include a great lazy river at no charge, there is a free shuttle service that will take you to the grocery store, restaurants and the mall across the street etc
Best location in Scottsdale. Amazing villas Sith resort style pools. My kids love the lazy river and pool slides. Great shopping and dinning across the street.
Marriott's jewel in the Phoenix/Scottsdale crown. Golf, shopping and great dining on or nearly on the doorstep. Large pool area for relaxation and children's frolics; great gym including private PT if you so desire. Westin usually also provides great vouchers for use with the local restaurants, including ones on property which are shared with the 5 star Hotel next door. If one is picky I suppose Cactus League baseball parks are not on the doorstep but they aren't far and you're going to go for 2-3 hours anyway!
The Westin Kierland Villas provide a wonderful opportunity for anything! Fine dining or casual dining; golfing, hiking, or swimming; shopping; reading! Family time, alone time, couples time! It's all available and so, so enjoyable!
I absolutely LOVE this resort. Villas are close to the hotel, shopping and dining within walking distance. On site golf course and many others nearby. Wonderful family pool AND a quiet pool! Great golf course views. Love the Heavenly bed. Attentive staff and excellent rooms.
