We are Hyatt timeshare owners and LOVE Coconut Plantation! We have vacationed here about 15 times over 15+ years, and it continues to be one of our favorite Hyatt timeshare properties.

This place is a fantastic, quiet, tropical oasis. When you walk into the lobby, you know you "have arrived." We love the pools, waterfalls, lazy river, hammocks, tiki bar, pool-side table tennis and billiards ... and the Fitness Room is amazing! The shopping, restaurants and beach that are all just down the street (shopping/restaurants) or 10-15 mins away (Bonita Beach) are awesome ... IF you even want to leave the property (we rarely do!).

Covered/ground floor parking keeps your car nice and cool. Plenty of carts make getting you luggage and groceries to your room a breeze.

Tucked away with a gated entrance and guard ... makes you feel nice and safe ... honestly, nobody is here that doesn't belong here.

The staff are phenomenal ... always.

The "Studio" unit is impressive and is essentially a one bedroom ... comes complete with an adjacent living area ... and almost a full kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink, cabinets, spacious countertop, dishes & silverware ... just does not have a stove/oven) ... this is no "hotel room" ... easy to have extended stays in this "studio."

This place used to be one of the best-kept secrets in the Hyatt program ... not so anymore ... once you stay here, you'll know why!

Best Florida west coast vacation resort with everything you want.

We love it.

This is a beautiful resort with multiple pools including one with a lazy river. The unit has a washer and dryer which makes it very convenient when traveling. Near shopping and restaurants.

This resort is one of the finest resorts that my wife & I have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, and the unit itself, including the kitchenette are nearly perfect. The kitchenette is equipped with everything that prospective renters need. We have stayed at this particular location on four occasions and we both feel that it is our favorite of all the Hyatt Resort locations.

This was our third time in a year and I cannot say enough good things about It . We just returned from staying in a 2 bed 2 bath for two weeks . The villas are beautiful , spotlessly clean, the staff are just wonderful and super friendly and helpful at the residences as well as the hotel and both resorts . The beach is breathtaking and so much fun to take the boat over to the private island .

Great Staff, location and pool. 5 star experience!

What can we say. This is all that a Hyatt is known for. Extremely over the the top resort with more heated pools to play in than we had time for. Waterfalls, water slides, a heated, fast lazy river pool. Activities like corn hole and volleyball. Plus, a free trolly that takes you to the Hyatt Coconut Point Hotel that is incredible, again with pools, water slides,magnificent landscaping and water features. Plus, a free ferry from there to their private island. Just the boat ride was awesome. We saw dolphins as we rode over.. slept great and staff couldn’t be more helpful! We rented from Kathie Fox who couldn’t have been any nicer with tips on places to go and see. Renting was easy and I had no doubt about working with her. What a lovely lady. Thank you Hyatt. You are the best.

The property is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff is exceptional. They go above and beyond to be helpful and friendly.

Family of 4 (kids ages 9 and 13) stayed April 2011. Facilities were excellent, clean, and well maintained. Great place to swim, golf, kayak, boat and enjoy nature. Spotted bald eagles, herons, osprey, newts, baby alligators, dolphins, raccoons, bunnies, pelicans, and a variety of wading birds at the resort, marina, or the private beach island. Staff was very friendly, courteous, and competent. Lazy river was a lot fun and beautifully landscaped with tropical flowering plants. Also enjoyed the pools with water slide at the nearby Hyatt Regency. Poolside food was good at both resorts. Condo unit was clean, spacious, with a full kitchen. Lunch from the resort store with complimentary cooler was convenient since private beach island was does not have food service. Lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach are also complimentary. Only negatives were that the pillows were lumpy (probably needed to be replaced ); the sheets were very thin/low thread count; not what you would expect from a Hyatt; also, you could hear some noise from above unit. Positives highly outweighed negatives.

We stayed a week in early February and had a great time. The staff is beyond belief! We have stayed at dozens of timeshare properties across the country and none could compare to this experience. The property has the amenities in place for 10 buildings of timeshare units yet only 3 have been built because of an eagles nest that is in the way. So there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the secluded property. We are glad we found this place as we have friends living in the area and it is convenient to everything. Hope to return again next February.

Just returned from this resort. Great room, friendly and helpful staff. Met some wonderful owners who had nothing but good things to say about their time-share. Will return again soon - this time to buy.

Gorgeous property, great units, very spacious and well kept. Lots to do, great golf course. Exceptional pools, really a great property for kids. Friendly staff. Only negatives: no poolside service or room service.
