Great Location! Very Clean with Great Amenities! Fun for a couples weekend or family getaway!

We loved the Grand Chateau. As a no smoking and non-gaming facility you can easily & quickly get from the front door to your room without breathing smoke and passing lines of tables. The pools have great views and were always clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The only reason we're selling is that we've been there so many times that we'd like to travel to other places now.

The Marriott Grand Chateau is a wonderful resort. Centrally located on the strip. The accommodations, amenities and staff are great. The week that this unit is being offered has 2 Raiders games. Monday night against the Cowboys and Sunday against the Browns. It 's also the week of the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Las Vegas. The course runs down Harmon between the Grand Chateau and Planet Hollywood. So much to do and this is the place to stay.

It offers numerous activities and amenities for owners and guests including a rooftop pool and bar, concierge services and valet parking, fitness center, Marriott's Activity Zone Experience, and The MarketPlace convenience store. Las Vegas is a city like no other with live entertainment, shopping, golf, sporting events and the leading names in the culinary trade. Great location, right on the strip! Amenities at the marriott are awesome. This property offers outstanding value for families and couples who want comfortable accommodations without excessive luxury. The rooms provide ample space and comfort. The exceptional staff delivers attentive service, readily assisting guests with their needs. Conveniently situated near major attractions, this hotel proves satisfying for both business travelers and vacationers seeking a well-balanced Vegas experience.

This resort has been a favorite one in Vegas for us. It is only about a block off the strip. It does not have a casino which at first we thought this would not be something we would like. As it turned out it is now a favorite place for us as once inside it is nice and quiet which is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle outside. It has a great rooftop pool/bar with seating along the front to view the lights on the strip which makes great photos. If you'd like a place minus the Vegas crowds and still be in the center of things this is where you want to stay...lovely two bedroom condos!

Ring in the New Year at this fabulous resort! Wonderful friendly staff. Extremely clean and well maintained resort! Convenient location near the Strip and valet parking.

First class accommodation with kitchen. Have breakfast and snacks in or cook a full meal if you wish to. Far more comfortable than traditional hotel room 6-10 minutes by car and 7 min by monorail to Las Vegas Convention Center. Sema also reportedly has a shuttle service to either the Chateau or close to it.

A convenient, one-block walk to some of the top casinos, restaurants, and entertainment on the strip. Go up to the rooftop bar for a spectacular view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. Only an hour's drive up to the Mount Charleston ski resort.

Beautiful resort just off Las Vegas Blvd. on Harmon. Non-gaming, valet parking, free WiFi. Two pools with bars and snack shops, Secure entry to elevators. Two bedroom unit with full kitchen and laundry.

Love this Vegas resort, close enough to the strip that is totally walkable, but far enough away that you can escape the casino noise. Been our go to resort for 20 years.

I truly love this resort- it's exceptionally clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen that's easy to use.Located just off the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, right next to the MGM Grand and across the street from Bellagio, it offers unbeatable convenience. There's even a 24-hour CVS right downstairs. Unlike many other hotels in the area, this resort remains peaceful and quiet. It's the perfect vacation spot for those who prefer fine dining and shopping over gambling, offering a relaxing yet centrally located retreat in Las Vegas.
