We have owned at the Royal Haciendas since it was built in 2007, and it is a wonderful place to vacation with friends or family. There is easy access to Playa del Carmen, with countless shopping and restaurants.

You are minutes away from Fifth Avenue, which is a great place to shop/walk around and eat great food. If you enjoy scuba, diving all you have to do is walk out your door and 1-2 diving boats are tethered right there on shore. You sign up on-site with someone I've known since the Royal Haciendas was built. I trust him with my life, as I am a tricky diver being that I am paralyzed. They sometimes even head over to the national park by Cozumel.

A great resort. Mant things to do for young kids and families. We have been going there with our family for 20 years and enjoyed it very much..

Our villa has a great view of the Caribbean —able to see the lights of Cozumel at night.

The Royal Haciendas is quiet, beautiful, and up to date. It is a great place for families and small children.

Great location for a romantic getaway and for a family vacation with everything in one spectacular location. Pools, hot tubs, white sand beach with gentle waves and lots of palm trees and palapas to shelter you and filter the sun on the beach. Quiet oasis with excellent security.

The Royal Haciendas is a first class resort with first class amenities, grounds, beach, spa, activities and staff. The restaurants are wonderful. The full villas are glamorous with 2 balconies, private balcony tub, granite kitchens and baths and beautiful views. This place is wonderful with Playa central minutes away for shopping and entertainment and more great things to do. Truly a special vacation spot.

Royal Haciendas is like a home away from home with beautiful turquoise waters. Our favorite is the pool with a bar in it you can swim up to the bar sit and enjoy food and drinks. The staff is friendly and we always meet the nicest people while vacationing here.

Beautiful and clean 5-start resort, family style resort with close proximity to Royal del Carmen and Cozumel. We love the accommodation, cleanliness, restaurants and the services. We come back every year!!

First Class and then some! This is a top floor penthouse unit with views of the pool and the ocean! Very friendly staff, extremely clean, beautiful views, private hot tub, large range of on-site entertainment and amenities! Spa, adjacent to golf course, close to downtown 5th Avenue! Shuttle day trips to it's sister resort The Royal Sands in Cancun!

Always a Wonderful vacation here. Great location and amentities. SO much better than staying in a motel like room!!! Just love it. We have seven weeks at The Royals and love everyone of them!!

Love this resort so much! I have been coming to this resort for about 15 years now and it is always an amazing time. It appeals to all age groups so you see a lot of multi-generational families. What makes the place so special is the staff - they are just so hospitable and professional. The large activities team is always creating fun things to do like special parties, casino night, dance lessons, and performances. It gets quiet at the resort around 11pm (bar closes) so if you are looking for late night action and foam parties, you may want something else. We started taking friends many years ago and they always want to return. We loved it so much, that we became an owner last year. We previously owned at the Royal Islander in Cancun which was a sister resort. We prefer the location of the Haciendas because there are a ton of activities to do in this area that are much closer to get to than from Cancun. There are 2 upscale restaurants on property plus the buffet restaurant with rotating themed menus. There are 2 outdoor grill restaurants and a gourmet pizza place. We rarely go into town so we usually get the all-inclusive package. It just makes everything easier. When you rent from an owner, the all-inclusive is optional though and there is a full kitchen and an on-site market if you wanted to cook. This resort is just a gem!!!

Friendly staff, they make you feel special, nice bar staffing, swim up bars, events, dancers, all amenities, nice beach, guards on beach, showers by sand, we did Karaoke night, fun. Smaller resort,so it feels cozy.

Great location and wonderful rooms and staff. Each unit has it's own kitchen, and the rooms are great. Love the amenities.

I have been vacationing at the Royal Haciendas for 11 years and look forward to a week or 2 of complete comfort and hospitality every time! I love the relaxed atmosphere, the extraordinary cleanliness of the resort, and the friendly staff. It's more than my home away from home!

Absolutely Wonderful!! The ocean is warm and wavy to swim in. The pools are warm. Such great service by all employees. We love our maid who is the same one year after year.

Our numerous stays at the Royal Haciendas have all been great. Great food, friendly staff, wonderful sand beach and well stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. a lot of attractions in the area. Close to Play del Carmen. Enjoyed it every time.

We have a Oceanfront unit which is amazing views! Wonderful resort!

We traveled here with 2 grandparents, 5 married children and 8 grandchildren age 2-9 in April 2023. They lovved it!! Were able to stay in 5 separate apartments (1 two bedroom) close together near pool for early morning kid swimming. Loved food, staff, beach, entertainment, kids daycare, and jacuzzi on balcony. Owner Members since 2014
