Was just there Nov 22 and the pool was FREEZING. I have been to this location many, many times and continue to visit because it is a beautiful place AND a bigger reason is the pools are also very wam. No guests were in the pool and everyone was complaining about how cold it was. Spoke to pool person and front desk but no reason was given and nothing was rectified. Very disappointed.
We think this is the greatest vacation club Marriott has to offer. Gorgeous beach and right across the street from fabulous restaurants. It’s our favorite place to stay as a family. .
Love Marco Island and love love love Marriott Crystal Shores. It's an amazing resort to enjoy time with your entire family - so spacious, comfortable, modern, and beautiful!
The location and views are amazing. The pool overlooks the beach and gulf. The weather is spectacular and the surrounding area provides lots of choices for shopping and dining. One of our favorite resorts to visit.
Tremendous sunrises and sunsets! Great place for your long relaxing weekend or extended stay. Beautiful accommodations on beachfront property. 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with full kitchen and large balcony option are luxurious. 3 wonderful pools with one including a water slide. Lots of activities available onsite. Extensive choice of restaurants in walking distance (Collier Blvd) directly across the street.
Award-winning incredible resort! Spacious rooms, gorgeous views, and a beautiful beach with plenty of activities. Excellent pools and convenient beach access. Staff is exceptional!
The walks on the beach were magical! We also love the large living room doors which fully slide open to the balcony and gives you an outside feel from the inside of the living room.
Love this resort! We have traveled all over the Caribean & love the beach at Marco Island. So nice to stay stateside & get this type of vacation. This resort has incredible views of the white sand beach & the ocean. You can hear the waves right from your unit. The sliding wall opens completely up so that your balcony becomes part of your unit. December weather is the best. We left our sliders open most of the time & loved the early morning breeze & relaxing sounds. This resort is beautiful with lots to do. Don't miss out!
Crystal Shores is my family’s #1 choice to go to. The 2 bedroom units with 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom are awesome for bringing multiple guests. Gulffront views are amazing! Watch the sun set as you relax on the loungers of your balcony. Lots of activities and fun things to do, whether you choose to go poolside or to the beach for some surf and sand.
Absolutely stunning resort in a prime beach front location. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Luxury accommodations and wonderful staff, highly recommend.
This place is the ultimate vacation. It was both relaxing and fun. Looking forward to my next visit. You have access to pools and the beach. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. I come every year.
I have stayed here many times. The location is spectacular. Beach access is easy. Chair and umbrella rentals are right as you enter the beach. The sand is soft, and the waves are gentle. There are multiple restaurants on site and even more across the street; many of them are the best on the island. Pool activities are numerous. Units are clean, well kept, and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and accessible.
