Amazing- Beautiful property! The entire home, pool, and outdoor spaces are fantastic!

Food at the resort is great, and the house is unbelievable. Daily maid service too! There is also a grocery service you can use to have your kitchen stocked and ready when you get there.

Cabo is a wonderful vacation spot. Very casual and relaxed. This is a quiet location, but a short distance from the town, where things are a bit more lively. Still, a great family location, and you can take advantage of all the amenities at the Pueblo Bonito Cabo resorts.

There is a kids club, numerous pools, great spa, award winning restaurants, and fitness facilities available. Whale watching from the back yard during whale season, and of course the amazing Quivira golf course! So much to do, yet you can do nothing and have a fantastic time. This home is a great entertaining home, and so much fun for groups of friends and family!

Stunning Colonial Spanish Villa with 4500 SF- 4 ensuite bedrooms and 6 baths. Private palapa pool, compete outside kitchen, ice maker, BBQ and large outside TV. No detail has been forgotten. An unforgettable week .

Novaispania is the most luxurious home we have ever vacationed in. High tech, highest end interiors, comfortable sleeping, but best of all the outdoor living. The expansive doors all open up and disappear into the walls so that the pool, fountains, jucuzzi, swim up bar, and the outdoor kitchen are right there - and it overlooks the ocean. Truely is spectacular. The kitchen doors disappear also and the outside courtyard with a fire and fountains become a part of the house. Amazing enough that we bought an ownership there when we were not planning to at all. You also have access to 3 or 4 resort pools and spas. You have a personal golf cart to take you everywhere in the huge Pueblo Bonito resort. Everything is high end. It comes with a personal butler. I could go on and on. Everyone needs to come here at least once.

Breathtaking ocean views. Beautiful sunsets. Spacious well designed home. Multiple 5 star restaurants within resort. Accommodating concierge. Resort shuttle picks up and returns you to home upon request.

We go to Novaispania every two years as our greater family vacation and it is simply put the most remarkable vacation home we have ever experienced. All of the Novaispania homes are beautiful, but the Viceroy homes are the largest and most magnificent of the bunch.

These homes have everything you could want, from great views of the Pacific to an amazing infinity pool to a conversation pit to beautiful, well-appointed living spaces, to extremely courteous maid and concierge services.

Last year we played the Quivira Jack Niklaus Golf Course and found it amazing, right down to the awesome treats (tacos, drinks, et cetera) that are fed to you along the way.

There is simply no place quite like this. It is amazing
