Coral Vista is the best location at the Westin St John. It is convenient to the pool yet far enough away that it provides a private and quiet vacation.

Absolutely stunning villa , grounds & amenities. Westin beds are so comfortable you will sleep so well after enjoying & exploring all the island has to offer. St John is a true jewel of the Carribean & is not to be missed.

This place is unique. While not easy to get to this resort has everything. The Coral Vista units are steps from the water. They also come with the choice of cooking your own food or using the hotels restaurants. The units are luxurious especially the lofts offering more privacy and space. Take a look @ the photos on Westin's website for the layout. 2 of the buildings have an ocean view. This resort was completely restored in the last 5 years and managed by Westin.

Beautiful resort on one of the best islands in the Caribbean. Close to famous Trunk Bay and other gorgeous white sand beaches. Many great restaurants on the island for evening fun and relaxing.

Favorite place to escape. Nothing like the aquamarine waters of St. John

St John is a beautiful island and the Westin Resort Villas are very comfortable in a great location on their own bay. Only some gardens are between the villas and the beach itself.

The white sandy private beach is wonderful with many activities available and with beach chairs and some hammocks.

The outdoor pool is large and right alongside the beach with great views of Cruz bay. There is a whirlpool spa and Snorkels bar and grill.

The resort is spacious with gym, fitness classes, tennis court, spa and kids club. There is also a small grocery/deli on site.

Then there is the island of St John itself with its many beaches and forests to explore.

Beautiful Caribbean Island and Resort. So much to do and absolutely beautiful. Coral Vista Villas are one of the newly rennovated sections at the Westin and very close to the water, not the villas up on the Hill. Beautiful decorating and especially enjoyed the Heavenly Beds.

The Westin is clean, modern, with great service, convenient to Cruz Bay. Units have plenty of hot water, good water pressure, AC and well equipped kitchens. Also the the island's largest pool and large hotel style fitness area. Taxis always at the ready and OConnor car rental on site (as well as in Cru Bay). We have enjoyed the Westin for 30+ years.

If you have not been to St. John, USVI, then this is your dream vacation. Truly, St. John boasts the most beautiful beaches you've ever seen. You'll find that the beaches are not crowded with many to choose from. The Westin St. John Coral Vista villas boast a beautiful view of the ocean, no matter what unit you are assigned to. You'll be close to the swimming pool and close to Westin's beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. A perfect home away from home.

We love the location of this property. Nestled on it's own private cove. It has a ferry that can take you to St Thomas from the property, which we found very convenient. The property is close to a town, and has a shuttle to take you there if you don't want to drive.

It's a very calming place to vacation. So pretty and the ocean is divine. The bay is calm which make swimming even better for us since we don't have to fight huge waves to enjoy it. Bliss

The coral Vista vista villas have a great location by the beach, awesome family vaction resort. Unlike the other Westin timeshare properties where you have to reserve week to week at the one year window, with the new diamond packages you can book all the days you want right up front. Lots of activities on and close to the resort will let you enjoy the great outdoors. This is the Hawaii of the east coast. It will probably be the best family vacation you ever had.

The experience of St John is unique and the Westin is a luxury living experience on an island that is mostly a national park. The hiking and snorkeling there is largely untouched and protected by the park. In short it is spetacular.

With only two hotels on an island full of national parks, great restaurants and beautiful beaches - this is the perfect place to return to year after year. The Westin's amenities are exceptional. Gym, pool, private beach, kayaks, paddleboards, charter options - you don't even have to leave the resort if you don't want to!

Basically you don't own anything except the right to purchase StarOptions every year and hope that you can use them. If you go to sell, you can't transfer the StarOption benefit to a new owner, so you kind of have nothing to sell and therefore it's a bad investment. If you want the right to transfer StarOptions "grandfathered in" then you want to purchase the Hillside Units (Virgin Grand Villas). They are very spacious. Most have great views. They have parking next to the unit. (You do plan to go to all the beautiful beaches by car most days, don't you?) You know what you're getting with fixed week and fixed unit, and they hold their value because the StarOptions transfer to the next buyer. If you buy Coral Vista, you're basically just committing to pay Starwood maintenance fees and taxes every year and hope you can find some dates you want... Good luck!
