We enjoy the sandy beach and fish ponds located at this resort. So many fish! You don't even have to leave! Very comfortable beds and suite. Nice restaurants! Gorgeous pool! Boat trips leave from the beach! No driving! Walk to many restaurants and shopping! Great luxury movie theater across the street also!

Spectacular location! Resort is beyond my expectations and continues to amaze me! Staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and proud of their resort. Fun for families, couples, friends retreat, or family reunion. Excellent and cannot wait to return.

We're Marriott folk, with several timeshares, and this resort was a super place to enjoy a week! And we also went night swimming down the road with the Manta Rays - way cool.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Our accommodations were very clean, pleasant, and comfortable. The resort staff were the greatest! Always eager to accommodate requests, pleasantly answered our questions, and pointed us in the right direction. Great shopping just a walk out of the resort entrance. Restaurants in and near the resort were excellent.

Fantastic location north of Kona. Near restaurants, shopping, and golf. Three pools. Beautiful sunsets!

Amazing property with great staff! Our favorite of the Marriott's in Hawaii.

Waikoloa is our favorite area of all the islands. The Marriott Waikoloa is beautiful and makes this setting a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii.

The ocean views and sunsets are magnificent. Winter is a great time to whale watch and we have even sited some from our balcony.

Kings and Queens shopping areas are right across from the resort and offer a number of great restaurants. In the Queens shopping area there is a great market that have a variety of prepared foods and any groceries, sundries you may need for your Timeshare.

The resort is about 20-30 minutes north of the airport and gets you out of the crowds in Kona. Quite secluded beaches are all along the coast line and there are some great walking areas or you can just sit of the beach.

A fun place to eat is the Lava Lava Club which is right next door to the resort w on the beach dining.

The Waikoloa is a beautiful resort, w pools and several hot tubs, an indoor gym, BBQs, a morning coffee cafe and on-site restaurant and bar.

The inside of your timeshare is spacious and furnished well. It is a partial kitchen, but it's great to prepare your favorite evening island meals, do a smoothy in the morning or prepare a lunch before you head to the beach. I also love that there is a washer/dryer in each timeshare.

One of the best features about this side of the island, is that is has great weather, usually warm and not a lot of rain so you can enjoy your Hawaii vacation and just relax.

We loved this resort. Stayed in oceanfront,2 bedroom (king bed, 2 queen beds, luxury sofa bed that was v comfortable not metal frame pull out). Views were amazing. Resort is upscale but not huge, lovely beach bar 5mins walk away. Lovely people at the pool. Nearby queen and kings shopping Center for all you need plus grocery store. Highly recommend this over Maui if you want a quieter, less crowded and more exclusive feel.

Wonderful location and nice resort. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Pools were nice and beach wonderful. Great to have the shops so close. Valet service was also wonderful. Resort is a little older but well maintained with recent updates. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. We had an ocean front room and the sunsets were incredible. Would recommend the resort.

My favorite Marriott timeshare resort on the islands!! Loved the rooms - very modern and comfortable, and a great convenient kitchen. We especially enjoyed the onsite Sunset Lua - great food and entertainment, and the relaxing infinity pool. Also great snorkeling at the beach. Everything was so convenient - you can walk to the King & Queen's shopping malls, and there are two great onsite restaurants. Hawaiian music and dance performances in the open air foyer, great ocean views and the best sunsets on the islands.
