The rooms do not have a private washer/dryer; but there are two guest laundry rooms available within a two minute walk (this is a small resort). Booking a full week is a good way to successfully view rocket launches; because launch dates may be delayed/postponed by several days. Thank you.

    We loved this spot as a family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, water park, lazy river and beach. The room was beautifully decorated and provided all the amenities of home. We brought our own groceries to cook onsite and also enjoyed the local cuisine. Located less than a mile from the famous Cocoa Beach pier with lots of local shops and restaurants. A perfect getaway to relax right on the beach.
