Incredible location! directly across the street is a PRIVATE beach and down the road (not even a 5-minute walk) is another PRIVATE beach. The resort has 2 pools, a well-maintained fire pit, a barbecue area, picnic area and a brand-new children's playscape. There is a bay on the backside of the resort which means in the morning we wake up to the ocean no matter where we are in the apartment. It's a 1 bed, 2 bath flat that sleeps 4 with a queen sized pullout (which is surprisingly comfortable), fully stocked kitchen jacuzzi in the bedroom.

Property is well maintained. There are enough gas grills on the property and a variety of games (bocce ball, cornhole, shuffleboard, putting green) and play area. There is access to put your Kayak in and fishing is a breeze! So much to do!

Love surfside. We have been owners there for 5 years great location and friendly staff. It has great ocean views and is convenient to shopping and activities.

Great location. Beautiful views, on the water. Lots to do. Beach. Falmouth and Wood's Hole are wonderful.

we stayed in a lower end unit overlooking the bay during the July 4th holiday week of 2006. Our one bedroom condo had two full baths, living room, kitchen with small dining area. It was perfect! Furnishings all new and well cared for. Great outdoor views! The Falmouth village fireworks were by the beach in front of our building and they were spectacular!

Very picturesque location .. great bay in the rear and the ocean in the front. You can sit on the rocks and watch the boats come and go. Great place to fish off the rocks if that's your thing. Lots of great restaurants in the area. A car is a must. We had a 2 bedroom unit which is quite spacious. Very small kitchen area, but then again, I usually don't prepare meals on vacation .. only coffee and snacks.

This resort has great potential. Went there about 3 years ago. There was a lot of updating going on while I was there. It was a combination of brand new and beautiful meets old and ugly.

There are lots of restaurants in the area, but if you are there during slow season, some may be closed. Had a great time with friendly people.
