Our brokers will provide recommendations, but you are free to request a specific closing or title company. - RedWeek Real Estate, LLC ("RedWeek Real Estate") serves as a transactional agent in all of its purchase and sale agreements, providing representation that includes: dealing fairly and honestly with both owners and buyers, accounting for all funds, presenting all offers in a timely manner, and maintaining limited confidentiality with the owner and the buyer. You agree that RedWeek may assign your account to another transactional agent, Fidelity Real Estate Agency, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and licensed real estate brokerage. - RedWeek Real Estate or its contracted agents will not be responsible for any errors or omissions made by the resort management company in the course of completing the estoppel.
