There are four villages which make up the Orange Lake Resort property, all of which have distinct offerings and charm. West Village is the original phase of this resort which has been refurbished over the years and features a clubhouse overlooking the lake, a themed restaurant with patio bar, putt-putt golf, arcade, cabanas and retail shops. River Island is a tropical lover's paradise, centered around a fabulous water park that includes two beach- style pools and a lazy river. East Village is noted for its central location to all the action and also its proximity to world-class golfing. North Village is a water lover's delight and offers a smaller, more intimate setting for family fun.
Orange Lake's West Village is a one-stop-shop for Florida travelers; it has it all. Beginning with the accommodations, Orange Lake offers one-, two-, and three- bedroom villas, as well as studios and suites. And the West Village is in the center of it all!
One-bedroom villas sleep four and feature a king-size bed and sleeper sofa. Two-bedroom villas sleep eight and feature a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Three-bedroom villas sleep 12 and feature a king-size bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, two queen-size beds in the third bedroom, and two sleeper sofas. All villas are equipped with a full-size kitchen, TVs in living room and bedroom(s), washer/dryer, and more.
On to River Island, Orange Lake's newest addition. Spanning 12 acres of tropical scenery, River Island features two beach-style wade-in pools, two spas, and a lazy river-style pool where you can just float the day away in an inner tube. There are two walk-up pool bars for drinks and snacks, and water volleyball and basketball pool areas.
Be sure to visit Splash Lagoon with its wade-in pool, slides and interactive fountain, or one of the three other pool complexes at Orange Lake. If the beach and watersports are more your style, then you'll love the resort's lake complete with beach, volleyball courts, jet skiing, water skiing, fishing, and more.
If you've come for the golf, you're in the right place. Orange Lake resort is home to four golf courses: The Legends at Orange Lake is an 18-hole Arnold Palmer- designed course; Crane's Ben is a 9-hole, par 30 course that winds around the resort's fountain lake; The Legends Walk is an Arnold Palmer-designed walking course; and The Reserve is an 18-hole, par 71 course that winds though a myriad of water, sand and rolling greens.
All units and public areas at Orange Lake are non-smoking. You may smoke only on patios/balconies or the resort's designated smoking areas.Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort - West Village

We have owned for over 30 years. Had the opportunity to exchange and go to many other resorts and there is none that can compare to Orange Lake. We have had many years of family fun. All my family now owns at orange Lake. We have come back here almost every year and love each and every minute of our trip. You don't even have to go outside of this place to have a great time. The disney parks are there if you want but we have been there so many times that we just stay at Orange lake and have a blast. When we ask the children in our family what was the best part of your trip, they always say "being at Orange Lake". They love the Sunset celebration.

Staff was rude. Half of the mini golf course was closed down. Many of our electrical outlets didn't work in the room we first stayed in. We have came here several years and the place seems to be having more problems each year.

I am an owner. I vacation there with my 5 teenage children annually and we LOVE it. There are so many activities and the staff are friendly and competent. My oldest daughter loves the shuttle service around the resort. There are so many activities that can keep everyone busy as all day. We own an unit in West Village and love it's decor, convienence and the ammenities.
