Questins about the resort property

We are thinking of selling this timeshare. Does anyone have personal experience staying here? We have just used it for trading so really can't describe it to a potential buyer. One person said they'd been there a few years ago and it was very nice but if you view the picture on "Redweek" site it looks really tacky. Doesn't look like it's been updated since the 70's. I'd really appreciate any comments. It does trade well though - so that may be a selling point because it's a cheap way to get into another more expensive resort. Thanks. SK
