Once you have someone interested in renting a week from you, how do you proceed? I looked into the secure escrow company, but that just seems to be for resales of timeshares, not just rentals.
Any help?

I would definitely use a contract (there are sample rerntal contracts here --- search sample rental contracts, top right hand corner. Also Redweek's First American Title offers a rental escrow. I think it's $50 for both parties. You can find more by searching 'help' in the upper right hand corner of this page.
