I don't know any specifics on this company, but you already know that you have to pay them to take your TS (some companies ask for thousands of dollars). If you are someone else decides to go this route, be sure there is a deed transfer and you are not just signing a power of attorney which would allow the company to sell your TS if they find a buyer. There is one guy who says he obtains the TS, puts them in a trust, then skips out on paying the MFs. Redweek and TUG members feel this an illegal transaction that may just jump up and bite you in the 'arse' (pardon my British) in the future. Good Luck

Never pay an upfront fee in the hundreds to dollars to any resale company .... they are all scams.

I haven't heard of this company but it sounds similar to Timeshare Relief only you don't have to pay quite as much to give them your timeshare. As far as scam is concerned I guess it is all in how you look at it. If you do it just make sure that the deed does get recorded out of your name. It would be awful if you paid someone to take your timeshare only to find out that you were still the registered owner and still on the hook for the annual MF.
