How do I rent mY timeshare?

I want to rent my timeshare in Gatlinburg TN and have never did this before, could someone give some advice? I'd like the have this thing help start paying for itself, I own points instead of weeks does that matter? Marty

i haven't spoke to my sales rep about this, I just thought I could rent out some of my time to help it pay for itself, I know there is a way but learning how to do it will be the trick,huh?

If you own points, you will need to choose a week and reserve it with your points in order to rent it out. People that are in the know choose a week in high demand to do this. In Gatlinburg, a summer or fall (especially fall leaf season .... 3rd or 4th week in October) are in high demand or any major holiday week.

Try myresortnetwork.com you can rent your timeshare on that website, i think it's the best for rentals. Good luck.....
