When will Furniture in The Lahaina Tower Units be Upgraded

Can anyone tell me when the furniture i the Lahaina Tower Units will be upgraded?

The Lahaina Tower is fairly new. I can't imagine that they'd be replacing or upgrading furniture already.

Whenever they do get around to upgrading furniture I hope they will give us more comfortable seating in the Living Room. These couches are hard as rocks, as are the chairs!!!!!!
