Closing Costs: What would the buyer pay and what would the sellar pay

Thinking of selling our week here at Redweek, and probably using First American Title Insurance Co to handle the closing.
Say I sell out timeshare for $1000....around how much would the seller pay and how much would the buyer pay in closing costs?
If it matters, the resort is Cypress Pointe Resort in Orlando (Lake Buena Vista) Florida.
Thank you.
In the old days when timesharing was at it's peak (pre-2007) it was normally the responsibility of the buyer to pay closing BUT it was always negotiable. In todays market when many timeshares are being given away it just depends on how desperate you are to sell it. Many people are giving their timeshares away AND paying all closing costs.
