Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

owners listed on resales

I've noticed that on a number of timeshares for sale the same person is listed as the owner. Who are these people? Do they buy cheap from other people and then try to sell properties at a profit?

Could be ..... who knows, or it just might be a reseller of timeshares.
