Can I post to list my time share now but don't want to complete the sell until after the second week in November. Or should I wait?

Martha: You can certainly purchase your resale posting now. If you are using our full-service option, we will need to verify all the information about your week with the resort before your posting can be created. Most timeshares do not sell quickly and the closing process can take several months.

Does RedWeek display the RESULTS of timeshare sales through its website? How can I decide the price to offer my week for sale at if I do not know what other studio weeks at Villa del Palmar, Cabo have sold for?
