Are all 1BRs with an ocean view?

Wondering if doing an exchange via RCI, do all 1BRs include an ocean view? Trying to figure out the difference between a studio, 1BR and 2BR specifically when exchanging through RCI. The HDM website does not specify and sometimes resorts differentiate room types based on if it is an owner, exchange or hotel guest reserving the unit.
