Listing my unit for rent.

What happens if I list my timeshare week for rent and it doesn't rent? Do I lose my week or can I pull it off the "rental availability" list and use it before I lose it?

If I use the full service rental listing, does Redweek get a percentage of the Payment to me from my renter?

I rented a thanksgiving week in Cancun. Circumstances have changed and we can no longer travel. My question as a member of RedWeek can I attempt to rent it thru RedWeek? Thanks
