Do guests at the Bay Club get to use the facilities at the Hilton hotel? Do any/all of the Hilton properties have access to the hotel?

The pictures of the resort show what appears to be a lagoon with water sport toys. Is this facility on the resort grounds? It also appears to be oceanside-true or false? Thanks
