What attracted us to Spinnaker is location in Shipyard - townhouse is within walking distance of VanDeMeir tennis (free 1 hour tennis per day), walk to the the beach (lockers available), and walk to golf (free round of golf comes with property). It is a quiet, peaceful location and offers pool with lovely cabanas and comfortable lounge chairs - all make for a fun vacation. The weather in October is perfect.
