Letting go of our one-week timeshare at Park Hotel Condominiums is tough, like saying goodbye to a favorite vacation spot thatâs been part of our family for years. Weâve loved every second of our week 29 in that cozy one-bedroom suite on Park Cityâs Main Street, with its full kitchen, comfy living area, and little touches like old-school brass doorknobs that make it feel special. Itâs been our happy place for snowy ski days at Park City Mountain, lazy summer walks to cafes, or catching Sundance buzz just steps from the front door. At around $2,000, itâs a fraction of what new timeshares costâway cheaper than dropping $500 a night on a hotel during peak seasonâand you get real ownership in this historic gem, complete with modern stuff like Wi-Fi and AC that make every stay easy and comfortable.
Whatâs made it so great is how simple it is to enjoy. Free parking, a quick 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City Airport, and extras like the hot tub and gym mean you can kick back after a day on the slopes or trails. Weâve swapped our week through RCI for beach trips when we felt like mixing it up, but Park Cityâs magicâwinter powder, summer hikes, fall colorsâkeeps pulling us back. The maintenance fees, around $650â$1,200 a year, cover everything, and you can even rent out your week for some extra cash through Capital Vacations. Weâre selling through sites like SellMyTimeshareNow to keep it simple and avoid broker fees, hoping to pass this slice of mountain heaven to someone whoâll love it as much as we haveâa week of pure joy every year in a place that feels like home.
