Located in an unbeatable setting on top of Sugar Mountain, known as North Carolina's most beautiful and scenic area, with prime access to all the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. The resort is in the quaint town of Banner Elk just 20 minutes from Boone. With gorgeous mountain views the resort is minutes from golf, tennis, skiing, hiking and restaurants in addition to the onsite amenities.
The vibrant local action with live music, wineries, theater and a host of other activities means there is never nothing to do. The unit is newly renovated. The deeded week is simple and easy to swap for a different week at the resort. The staff is professional, courteous and very helpful. This is an RCI and Interval International community and one that is in high demand, so exchanging your week for another property â or even a cruise â is easy and convenient. Owner has traded the week to stay at numerous other resorts throughout the US and internationally. Renting for a profit is also an option.
