Seller Personal Notes - The property is very well maintained and managed. There is underground parking and the swimming pool area was recently redone and is very nice.
My unit can sleep 4 people, I believe, with the pull-out sofa. It was great for our family, with 2 younger children. Also, we went there often with 2 couples sharing the unit.
Om several occasions we used the unit to attend the Sundance Film Festival, as the unit was well located to view various films (and the cost to stay in our lodging was much cheaper than renting hotel rooms during "Sundance Week").
The Park Plaza property is easily accessible from the regional airport (within a 20-30 drive).
Park City is a year-round vacation area, with lots of hiking, cycling, golfing and lake activities available.
Park City is a great family ski area, with many choices of mountains and difficulty of ski runs. There are also very good ski schools.
We loved the location of the Park Plaza property, as I believe the shuttles to the ski hills stopped right at the property; and the Park Plaza property was well located to easily travel (by vehicle or Uber/Lyft) to restaurants, bars and other social locations.
