The resort is beautiful! The unit I stayed in was clean, comfortable and has the most gorgeous views of the mountains and the Pemigewasset River. Private in suite Jacuzzi spa is the best! The on-site restaurant and bar is fun, inviting and the food is incredible. Après-ski in the bar is so much fun. Enjoy the outdoor patio and fire place and soak up the stunning sunsets!

The reviews list here are quite old and out of date. The entire resort has been completely renovated a updated. Ski in, ski out. Indoor and outdoor pools. These are "quarter shares", (13 weeks each year on alternating basis). Condo maintenance fees (per week) are less than half of the average resorts which I have seen at this self-managed resort. You can't find a better place for winter skiing and there are lots if activities on site and in the area in the summer. Great also during foliage season.

They've done beautiful renovations of the rooms with granite, etc--really nicely done. Ski in/ski out, spa, restaurant, garage parking-- couldn't be easier. Love it in the summer, too, with lots of activities to keep busy, or just lay around at the pool all day. Great vacation spot.

Stayed in spring of 2002. Stayed during mud season. We loved it. Nice getaway for quite and comfort. Rooms could use some updated furniture. Restaurant was closed for the week. Pool and exercise rooms were great. Lots of things to do hiking shopping sight seeing. Very beautiful area.
