Massanutten's Shenandoah Villas

This is a unique unit with the master suite located on the lower level by itself, which is very private and quiet. It has a full kitchen on the entry level, along with the second bedroom, second full bathroom, and living room that includes a sofa bed. The twin beds in the second bedroom can be placed together if you want another king size bed. It’s a lovely unit built on the mountainside where you can see lots of wildlife. Great for families!

As someone who has stayed in many resorts over the years, this one really stood out. The villas were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the area.

The views of the Shenandoah Valley were beautiful, especially in the morning, and the resort itself had so many activities to choose from. Whether it was hiking nearby, enjoying the water park, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings, there was always something fun to do.

Overall, Massanutten is a great choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty to do. We have been there 3 times and we will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Shenandoah area!

Experience Fall foliage, ski in the Winter, and enjoy the waterpark and hikes in the Summer. We love that the units were big, spacious, and with a full kitchen. The mountain views were exceptional. The A/B/C Units had 2 queen beds in one room, the Master Suite had a king size bed, a pull out sofa, and enough space to comfortably fit a queen size air mattress. The 2 bathrooms were a plus. The living room also had a pull out sofa. A party/family of 10 can sleep here comfortably.

Massanutten is a great all-year resort. It's perfect for families with access to its waterpark, mini golf, indoor pools, fitness centers, skiing, snowboarding and snowtubing. There are also several casual dining restaurants on the property and nearby in the historic town of McGaheysville and the city of Harrisonburg. Close to James Madison University and the Blue Ridge Parkway, there is plenty to do for all ages!

Nice 2 bedroom unit. Resort has very nice waterpark, zipline, new roller coaster, miniature golf, several pools, stable, spa, crafts, etc. Activities for everyone of all ages all week long.

We don't get here often, but when we do come we always have a wonderful time! there is a lot to do at the resort and many great places to explore in the area!

Quiet getaway only a couple hours from Balt/Wash area or Richmond/Tidewater with easy access of Route 81. Great summer resort with Waterpark, golf, pools, ziplining, trails, horseback riding, history or come during the winter for skiing and outdoor activities. Restaurants on site and many good places locally to enjoy in Harrisonburg. Spa on site if you really want to relax along with a great kid's program if you want to unwind while they get wound up. Shenandoah units are stand alone so no neighbors sharing a wall or an early wake up call. The kids love it as the deer wander up to the unit in the morning and great you at the back door. Close to Skyline Drive and we hiked there with our kids every year since 2000.

As incentive, sell by Feb 3 2023, which is our assigned week, fee paid. Would like to get $500 for sale OBO.
