*****SELLER NOTES*** Ocean Beach Club has one of the best locations on the Virginia Beach oceanfront, right on Atlantic Avenue and the Boardwalk, with the beach just steps away. One of our favorite things about staying here is that we can park the car when we arrive and barely touch it again all week. Mellow Mushroom and the popular Pocahontas Pancake & Waffle Shop are essentially right outside your door, with many more restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops and dessert spots within an easy walk. Harris Teeter is even close enough to walk to for groceries and supplies. Head a few blocks down the Boardwalk and you’re at the iconic King Neptune statue and Neptune’s Park, right in the heart of the Virginia Beach oceanfront.
The Boardwalk itself is a great place for walking, jogging, biking, or just enjoying the oceanfront. During the summer, the Boardwalk and nearby parks come alive with live music, concerts, festivals and other entertainment. You can simply walk from the resort instead of worrying about traffic or event parking. The Caribbean East is a spacious 2-bedroom oceanfront suite that sleeps up to six and can also be separated as a lock-off into a one-bedroom suite and an efficiency, giving owners additional flexibility. Between the oceanfront accommodations, Boardwalk location, restaurants, entertainment and everything within walking distance, this is an exceptionally convenient home base for a Virginia Beach vacation.
For us, the biggest advantage has always been the location: arrive, park the car, and enjoy Virginia Beach on foot for the rest of the week!
